From Malaysia to Cambodia

As said by the Nabi Muhammad recorded by Bukhari

“Anyone who looks after and works for a widow and a POOR PERSON is like a warrior fighting for ALLAH’s cause or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all night"

A trip to Cambodia really made me think that here in Malaysia, we lived a lavish life. We didn't care about people in need. Maybe a little but that's all.

Anyone who ate with me in the DS knew how i nagged when the food was not finished. I knew i was being annoying but when your left-over was being eaten by other people because it had meat in it, it made you think how lucky you were that you had proper food here in Malaysia. Sometimes i wonder how ungrateful we were for the nikmat that Allah had given us. But when He takes it back, only then will we realize how much He had given to us throughout our lives. Sometimes even i myself complaint for the hardship that i faced, failed to remember that there were more people being tested with even much heavier test than what He had inflicted on me.

When i think back on what i had been doing this whole life, i knew i was lucky and i knew that i had not been a very good hamba to Him.
