I can't say how much i miss him, how much i miss his smile, how much i miss his laughter, he was a bubbly carefree person that would lighten up the mood of anybody around him. He wouldn't care about himself if he was around his circle of friends.
And i also know how much THEY miss him. Even when they did not mention his name even once when we were happily chatting and laughing around.
Allah knows best. He does. He always wants what is best for us, even when we did not like it, or even if we think that it was not for our best interest.
"Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you; but it may happen that ye hate a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that ye love a thing which is bad for you. Allah knoweth, ye know not. "
(Al-Baqarah;2:216)
Nobody likes their loved ones to go away from them, especially when that was the least expected thing to happen. Not when life is so beautiful. Not when everything is so perfect. But, Allah said something else. Allah had ordered things to be the way it should be.
And after 6 years, Allah's preordainment clearly brings a lot of hikmah. I can list lots of hikmah from that significant event in my life, but that is just us, humans trying to make sense of why things happen. The real reasons of why it happens is still beyond human reach, as it is beyond our limited capabilities. And we can only make do'a that we will be among those who have acceptance in our heart to every single things that are destined for us, inshaAllah.
"Al-Fatihah. O' Allah, i seek forgiveness for all my wrongdoings and i pray for forgiveness for my brother's wrongdoing as well. Forgive him and placed him among those who is near to You O' The Most Merciful. Ameen~"
"And those who came (into the faith) after them say: Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith, and place not in our hearts any rancour toward those who believe. Our Lord! Thou art Full of Pity, Merciful. "
(Al-Hasyr;59:10)
